We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team.

  • To have fluent English skills.
  • To be at least 21 years old.
  • To possess perfect grammar and typing skills.
  • To be able to learn, adapt and retain new information quickly.
  • To be willing to improve and take on additional responsibilities.
  • To be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions
  • A fixed schedule of 40-44 hours per week, spread across five days.
  • The opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including some during the morning and others during the afternoon.
  • At least one day off during the weekend.

This is a long-term position, with many employees working with us for one year or more.
