We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our organization as part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for problem-solving, technology, and delivering top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance for software troubleshooting, issue resolution, and knowledge base maintenance
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve complex technical problems by collaborating with internal teams
  • Guide customers in navigating the platform and its modules for optimal use
  • Apply solution engineering principles to design and recommend tailored configurations, integrations, and optimizations
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Support/Technical Support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving, investigative, and analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems, SAML-based SSO, and identity management solutions
