Maintenance Supervisor


, Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for supervising people, resources and materials for all maintenance activities, monitoring preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, and improving maintenance processes and management of maintenance costs.

, Responsibilities:
  • Supervise personnel, resources and materials for all maintenance activities.
  • Monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Improve maintenance processes and manage maintenance costs.
  • Optimize machine efficiency and downtime, improve MTBF and MTTR.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all machines throughout the year.
  • Support the team with complex problems on critical machines.
  • Coordinate scheduling machine shutdowns to prevent and resolve pending issues on critical machines.
  • Generate action plans for monthly main and most costly failures.
  • Provide support for pending issues and defects identified by the team or another department.
  • Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) focus on Planned Maintenance.
  • Prepare performance and maintenance reports.
  • Support the annual criticality analysis of machines.
, Qualifications:
  • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Professional experience in industry.
  • Experience in rolling out standards and/or strategic projects.
  • Leadership position in a technical team with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals.
  • International team experience and understanding of foreign cultures is an asset.
  • English language proficiency at an advanced level.
