This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Analyst based in São Paulo. Your primary objective will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience for clients in Tabas Apartments, resolving complex issues promptly and efficiently. You will prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring agility and quality of service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to interact effectively with internal and external customers, track orders, evaluate services, and develop strategic information for the areas.

You will be responsible for liaising across functions to identify the origin of customer support issues and improve related processes. This role requires a process-driven individual who can help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

This position involves:

  • Customers' orders tracking;
  • Evaluation of services performed by internal and external collaborators;
  • Analytical ability to classify and develop strategic information for the areas;
  • Receiving complex inquiries from guests and deciding the right way to resolve the issues while ensuring an excellent client experience;
  • Liaising across functions within the business to identify the origin of customer support issues and improve related processes;
  • Participating in building 24/7 customer support for our clients in Tabas apartments.

This role requires:

  • Work experience in a customer service position;
  • Advanced English
  • Great communication skills- both written and verbal;
  • Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities;
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed;
  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Drive to get things done;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office;
