As a Software Development Expert with an Informatics focus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless software integration and operation for our customers.

Job Overview:

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. The job involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer support and software installation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
  • Lead complex technical issue resolution through effective troubleshooting and escalation management.
  • Partner with customers' IT departments to advise on supported configurations, virtualization technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower customers to effectively utilize software products.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and customers to streamline communication and enhance understanding of software workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including direct involvement in regulated laboratory environments.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, strong decision-making skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Windows Server OS, Networking and Security, with knowledge of MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other databases desired.
  • Extensive experience with virtual environments, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
  • Deep understanding of informatics systems, familiarity with data analytics tools, and experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is advantageous.
