As a seasoned Senior Corporate Financial Leader, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and strategic growth across the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a Commercial Finance capacity.

About the Role
  • Support country business teams in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze revenue, cost, and inventory variances to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize profitability.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to drive Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Credit, and Taxation functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, strategic partners, vendors, and Global manufacturing plants to ensure seamless agreements and partnerships.
  • Provide insights on spending trends and recommend cost optimization strategies.

This role demands excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading multi-national teams in a Commercial Finance environment. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, a deep understanding of forecasting techniques, and a strong accounting background. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building and inspiring high-performing teams that foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of financial planning systems such as Hyperion.
  • Excellent knowledge of forecasting techniques and a strong accounting background.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical deadlines.
