Placement Manager Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join our organization as a Placement Manager, where you will be part of a leading group in benefits, risk, and insurance consulting services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, negotiation, and strategic alignment. Experience in people management, advanced English skills, and the ability to lead complex workflows and cross-functional teams are essential.

In this role, you will work on developing tailored placement strategies for clients, analyzing client profiles, preparing RFPs, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Strategy Development: Analyze client profiles, develop tailored placement strategies, and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Market Engagement: Prepare RFPs, lead clarifications, conduct roadshows, and evaluate proposals based on cost, coverage, and network adequacy.
  • Execution & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with carriers, validate commercial and technical conditions, and finalize agreements through electronic platforms.
  • Governance & Reporting: Keep control over placement workflows, supervise pipeline performance, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Client Communication: Present market studies and strategic recommendations to clients, support business teams during meetings, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.

You will contribute to the development of automated dashboards, improve data analytics capabilities, and support initiatives like online benefits and occupational health management.
