Our organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee benefits placement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client profiles and developing tailored placement strategies with technical teams and executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and issue requests for proposals to selected carriers, leading clarifications and conducting roadshows for priority clients.
  • Lead negotiations with carriers, validating commercial and technical conditions, and finalizing agreements through electronic platforms.
  • Oversee the control of placement workflows, supervise pipeline performance, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Present market studies and strategic recommendations to clients, supporting business teams during meetings and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of automated dashboards, improving data analytics capabilities, and supporting initiatives like occupational health management.

As a member of our team, you will work in a hybrid environment with 4 days of presence per week in São Paulo.
