Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Manager to oversee the scheduling and performance management of consultants across our global offices and practices. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, as you will be interacting with consultants, partners, and other stakeholders to deliver optimal staffing and talent management outcomes.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse personalities, cultures, and backgrounds, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and communication effectiveness.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective performance management strategies
  • Coordinating training programs and career development initiatives
  • Monitoring work-life quality issues and escalating concerns when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services environment
  • Proven ability to establish and grow relationships at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and flexibility in prioritizing tasks and projects
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise resource management software)
