POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Business Process Analyst is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting. This role involves the development of dashboards to monitor customer performance indicators and the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and maintain dashboards for customer performance metrics.
2. Analyze operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.
3. Create exception reports to ensure internal controls and data integrity.
4. Execute SQL queries and perform data extractions from databases.
5. Automate processes in systems and reporting tools.
6. Collaborate with client data teams to align on data management strategies.
