Remote Installation Technician

Aseptic Field Service Engineer plays a critical role in the installation, start-up, commissioning and testing of Sidel Aseptic Equipment at customer sites. They provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, including trainings and other after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate equipment performance at customer plants
- Configure parameters for cleaning, sterilization and production cycles
- Meet with site managers, coordinators and customers to coordinate filler and blower progress
- Verify alarms checks and validations with process authorities and customers
- Create work orders for non-conformities and prepare job progress charts and technical reports
- Ensure exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient level of English
- Specialization in auto-mechanic or Automation (PLC programming)
- Experience in the beverage/packaging industry is advantageous
- Technical expertise on Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB), Electrical or Aseptic technology is beneficial
- Availability to travel up to 90% (including international locations)
