We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Account Manager to join our team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will act as a point of contact for clients, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staying connected with no-code developers and clients to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project execution
- Building trustworthy relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Collecting daily reports from no-code developers and ensuring that all client messages and questions are addressed promptly
- Managing customer payments and development projects
Main metrics for success include client retention and churn rate.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding of clients' needs and no-code trends
