Senior Commercial Project Manager

As a seasoned commercial leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-end fit-out projects from inception to final account. Your expertise will safeguard company interests, optimize margins, and ensure strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the commercial function from pre-contract to handover
  • Driving profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost control
  • Managing subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances
  • Approving major payments, forecasts, and project financials
  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing commercial team

You will work closely with our teams to deliver exceptional interiors through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation & commercial acumen, as well as experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & commercial skills
  • Experience managing multiple fitout projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management
  • Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Fluent in English
