Job Summary:

The Senior Commercial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping deal strategies and structuring proposals to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring commercial compliance and assessing risks.

This role significantly influences approaches and projects within the functional area, impacting quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our team's work. Guided by commercial practices, the Senior Commercial Operations Manager exercises control over commercial priorities with moderate autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals and manage customer negotiations to drive competitive pricing while aligning with shareholder value.
  • Contribute to strategy development and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Exercise judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks within projects or product lines.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues and lead fairly complex projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners to build consensus and positively influence decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills contributing to effective organizational planning and execution.
