The role of Energy Commercial Leader is to lead the business acquisition activities for a specific prospect. This involves developing and implementing strategies, delivering optimized technical/commercial proposals, and negotiating agreements with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate the overall effort for the tender and lead the tender team.
- Update the capture plan and develop the tender plan for a specific prospect.
- Ensure that the win strategy is understood by all and translated into tangible actions and cascaded across the tender team.
- Define the mandate and proactively seek its approval.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure they make timely and informed decisions.
- Maintain trustful relationships with partners and ensure they execute approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure the proposal is in line with the contractual framework and strategy.
- Define the negotiation strategy and tactical plans and lead the negotiation process with the client.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of all relevant rules and policies to conduct business ethically and select partners.
- Ensure an understanding of market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses versus competition.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge about the oil and gas industry.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with contract management.
