Job Role: Associate Creative Strategist

This role is a key position in our creative strategy team, focusing on managing daily workflows, maintaining brand quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in marketing, creative project coordination, or a similar field. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team is crucial.

  • Creative Workflow & Quality Control:
    • Review ad creatives for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and brand tone before client delivery.
    • Monitor client calendars and ensure required assets are delivered on time.
  • Team Coordination & Communication:
    • Verify client call notes and follow up with team members if missing.
    • Review post-meeting emails to identify action items and assign tasks.
  • Brand & Resource Management:
    • Maintain client brand guidelines and reference materials in a central location.
    • Ensure team members have access to client-specific materials.
  • Creative Support & Copywriting:
    • Use AI tools to generate ad copy for campaigns.
    • Assist in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts.
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Check client call notes, Slack messages, and daily checklists to ensure nothing is missed.
    • Review ad creatives for accuracy and brand consistency.
    • Confirm all assets are in progress and on track.
