About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Helpdesk Support Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, as well as assisting with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting.

As a rapidly growing company, we need someone who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes, while also being able to switch between customer support and internal operations tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional English skills (C1+ minimum) - both written and verbal, and 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role. They will be professional, organized, and able to multitask effectively, with a proven track record of ownership and task follow-through.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and possesses a strong passion for learning, with the ability to work well in a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk Support: Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Scanner Setup and Troubleshooting: Assist with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalation and Resolution: Escalate complex cases when needed while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintenance of Customer Logs: Maintain accurate customer logs and records.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Update and maintain the internal Knowledge Base content for recurring issues and fixes.
Operational Support:
  • Tracking and Delivery: Track global shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • E-commerce Operations: Support e-commerce operations across our website and third-party marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
  • Stock Management: Help manage worldwide stock levels and coordinate with warehouses.
  • New Order Placement: Assist with new order placements and help prevent stockouts.
  • Product Launch Campaigns: Support product launch campaigns and ensure marketplace listings are accurate.
  • Supplier Communication: Communicate with global suppliers and partners.
  • Internal Process Documentation: Help with internal process documentation and task tracking.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional English skills (C1+ minimum)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role
  • Professional email communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven track record of ownership and task follow-through
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving mindset
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Bonus: Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Bonus: Technical background or comfort with tech troubleshooting
  • Ability to switch between customer support and internal ops tasks as needed
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
