About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a Senior HR ADM Analyst with English proficiency to join our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and a team player with excellent organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and possessing marked attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pre-liquidation of salaries and their impact on earnings
  • Oversee employee registration and termination processes
  • Actively participate in process improvement within the HR-ADM area and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with external entities/suppliers in the HR-ADM area
  • Prepare reports and documentation required by management or other control areas
Requirements:
  • Advanced student or graduate in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge of Law 20,744 and its application
  • Familiarity with 4th earnings category
  • Experience in service companies
  • Advanced English level
