Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide critical support to our LATAM team, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the LATAM HR team, encompassing document management, invoicing, and meeting coordination.
  • Process EOR-related tasks such as medical checks, document send-outs, and HR correspondence.
  • Maintain and update EOR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with periodic audits, inspections, and other HR operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EORs in the office, handling inquiries and overseeing office experience.
  • Manage onsite office administration, including reception and mail services.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for Team Leads and Regional Managers.
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in HR administrative work or similar roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all HR administrative processes.
  • Clear and professional communication skills to interact with employees, EORs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and address them before they become problems, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and other administrative tools.
  • Collaborative and willing to work across departments to support HR initiatives and improve the employee experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing changing priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
