Job Description

As an HR Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and operating corporate culture initiatives, including social media support and employer branding activities. You will also work on organization health improvement activities, such as surveys and internal culture initiatives.

You will provide onboarding support and general HR services, requiring proficiency in Excel at a basic level or higher. Additionally, you will assist with core assigned Learning and Development topics and performance development support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Culture Planning and Operation: Develop and implement strategies to enhance corporate culture and employee engagement.
  • Onboarding and General HR Support: Provide comprehensive onboarding support and general HR services, including proficiency in Excel.
  • HR Core Assignment: Assist with core assigned Learning and Development topics and performance development support.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excel Basic Level or Higher: Proficiency in Excel is required for this role.
  • Graphic Design Programs: Experience with graphic design programs, such as Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
  • Korean Language Proficiency: Korean language proficiency is required for this role.
