Brazil Country Growth Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive the growth strategy of our e-commerce platform in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Brazilian export ecosystem, cross-border trade, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay ahead of local market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations.
- Business Development: Identify and develop key industry verticals and top-tier Brazilian exporters (SMEs and large manufacturers).
- P&L Management: Own responsibility for Brazil's profit and loss, including growth targets, sales metrics, user acquisition, and retention KPIs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Bridge communication between Brazil and HQ teams in China and other regions, ensuring seamless alignment.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital B2B trade.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian export ecosystem, cross-border trade, and digital transformation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and execution-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Portuguese is a plus).
