
Service Delivery Analyst

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Service Delivery Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders for new devices and re-deploy existing ones
- Support device forecasting and manage order-to-install processes
- Oversee configuration of Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet devices
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Utilize Order Management tools
- Manage the service lifecycle of deployed devices
- Create customer invoices
- Administer Purchase Orders
- Experience in an Account Operations environment
- Manage incidents and requests from clients
- Facilitate resolutions to technical escalations
- Prepare documentation to track and report SLA performance
- Support initiatives to improve client service delivery
- Build strong relationships with partners & suppliers
- Interact with clients
- Respond to queries related to their contracts
- Monitor issues within their environment
- Maximize client satisfaction
This role requires a team player who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a services environment
- Fluent in English
- Experience with ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow)
- Skilled in Excel and reporting
- Persistent, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking
- Open to learning and implementing change
This is an entry-level full-time position open for offices in São Paulo and Monterrey, Mexico.
