Euro Latina Finance is a French truly independent financial advisory firm.
Established in early 2010 by the former Global Head of M&A at Groupe Casino, we specialize in cross-border transactions between Europe and Latin America.
We provide tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to international blue-chip clients, with a focus on transactions ranging from US$200mm – US$1bn+ across various sectors.
Since our inception, we have advised 28 successful transactions on a total of c. 60 M&A projects, including complex deals such as the acquisition of Walmart Brasil by Advent or the restructuring of Vale New Caledonia.
Job Description:You will be involved in origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including preparation of internal and client presentations, participation in financial and valuation analysis, and meetings with international clients.
We are looking for motivated candidates who can work in a dynamic, challenging, multicultural, and fast-paced professional environment, holding sharp analytical skills and able to manage various transactions simultaneously.

Education: Full availability to work in our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi)
Credentials: High academic credentials from a leading business and/or engineering school and/or top-tier university
Background: Solid background in finance and accounting, exceptional sense of rigor and attention to details and ability to work efficiently under time pressure
Experience: Previous experience in an IB or PE firm is a preferred qualification
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills: Superior level of command of MS-Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
