Facilities Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the management of multiple facilities in Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party owners, ensure lease compliance, accurate reporting, and resolution of critical tenant-relations issues.
  • Provide facility services in accordance with client standard processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with Client Branch Managers and Operations teams.
  • Act as primary interface with client representatives to determine expectations and deliver services.
  • Closely inspect buildings to ensure high quality in building services and conduct regular inspections and assessments.
  • Effectively manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties.
  • Support Regional Manager in bidding and contracting for operational maintenance and project services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
