Senior Litigation Attorney Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing litigation nationwide for large corporate clients.

This senior-level position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and lead high-profile cases while mentoring junior attorneys.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of state and federal case law, regulatory laws, and complex matters to craft effective strategies and argumentation.
  • Analyze case facts, prepare discovery requests, and develop original motions and documents to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with national trial teams to coordinate litigation efforts, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead client relationships through exceptional communication, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate settlements with plaintiffs and opposing parties, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to achieve successful resolutions.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to at least one state bar.
  • 5-7 years of litigation experience in a law firm, preferably in a billable work environment.
  • Background in mass torts, class actions, environmental, commercial litigation, abuse, harassment, discrimination, or other complex risk management matters.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior attorneys and drive high-performing teams.
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
