Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

The Building Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

This includes implementing energy conservation and cost-saving measures, while monitoring utility consumption.

  • Track and communicate work request status and completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction & Safety Compliance
  • Monitor construction works and ensure all guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Provide project status reports to management.
  • Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.
  • Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability.
  • Assist in coordinating emergency and crisis management drills.
Administrative & Budget Planning
  • Conduct daily coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, technical briefings, testing, and validation processes.
  • Support the building manager in preparing annual budgets for technical services and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Must be willing to be assigned in Laguna.

At least 1-3 years of property management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
