The role of People Operations Delivery Leader LATAM is to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end people experience operations processes in the region.
This position will work collaboratively with Johnson & Johnson's global services HR teams to ensure adherence to aligned processes, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
The individual in this role will be a key partner to identify, diagnose, and solve service issues provided through the transition service agreement (TSA) for the LATAM region.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in human resources and/or business operations
- A minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Experience navigating ambiguous and complex situations and business opportunities
