**Field Application Scientist Role Summary**
As a Field Application Scientist, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, providing expert advice and support. This involves conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers and internal teams on our Perten/Delta products.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the key technical contact for customers, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Deliver product showcases, training sessions, and workshops for customers and internal staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and suggest tailored solutions.
- Develop and present technical presentations, white papers, and case studies to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
- Assist in crafting sales strategies and marketing materials to drive product adoption.
- Pursuing or holding a PhD in a relevant life sciences field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
