Job Opportunity: Risk Management Expert for Property Protection

Risk management experts play a vital role in protecting clients' assets from potential threats. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to assess and mitigate risks associated with large property loss control and natural hazards evaluation in the Southeast region.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust engineering background and practical experience in identifying and mitigating property fire and Nat Cat risk exposures for various project types and customers.

  • Analyze commercial property protection measures, including fire protection and water supply analysis
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate property and Nat Cat exposures, develop detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Evaluate building construction, fire protection features, process operations, and special hazards
  • Collaborate with a network of specialized engineers to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large property sites
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets, and local regulations
  • Engineering or Science-based undergraduate degree; Chemical Engineering preferred
  • Ability to apply industry expertise to a broad range of customers and projects, consult effectively on property risk controls, and identify exposures/assess controls on complex risks
