About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Trade Operations Transformation Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing processes within international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating digital technologies and automation solutions into international trade processes.
- Analyze existing trade operations processes (transportation management, import/export documentation, customs clearance, trade compliance) and identify areas for improvement through digitalization and automation.
- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational cost.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in trade operations / international trade or other logistics related fields.
- 3 years of related experience in digitalization and automation.
- Bachelor degree in any Systems, IT, Logistics or related fields (Business administration).
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding in Latam Countries of international trade regulations, customs procedures, transportation and trade compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing digital solutions and automation technologies within trade operations.
