Junior Accountant Biligual Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing trial balances and financial statements.
  • Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports performing expense classification and trial balances.
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the system according to supporting documents provided by clients.
  • Record classify reclassify provision and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor.
  • Process receipt write-offs.
  • Review bank transactions.
  • Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.
  • Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification.
  • Generate accounting entries.
  • Assist in tax calculations.
  • Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE:
    • Advanced English will be assessed during the interview;
    • Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant for any period or equivalent knowledge;
    • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook;
  • NICE TO HAVE:
    • Experience with the system;
    • Experience with Accounting BPO.
