Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Analyst, your primary focus will be to conduct thorough risk evaluations of both new and existing facilities to guarantee compliance with security protocols, regulatory standards, and the efficacy of loss prevention measures. If you possess strong analytical and organizational abilities and seek a platform to utilize your critical thinking skills, this opportunity is for you.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
- Assessing security protocols and devising corrective measures to ensure adherence to corporate and local regulations;
- Delivering training sessions for Electrolux staff on topics such as loss prevention and security awareness;
- Coordinating with security service providers (both physical and electronic systems) to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and new requirements;
- Overseeing the implementation of effective electronic security systems and technologies for current and future security initiatives;
- Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including site managers, legal teams, labor relations, and facilities management, to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation;
- Establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with local law enforcement agencies;
- Executing security programs in line with the guidelines set forth in the Group Security Program (GSP) to prevent, detect, or respond to known or suspected threats and criminal activities;
- Conducting investigations and performing general security duties while advising on Site & Asset Protection, Transport & Cargo Security, Travel Risk Management, and Executive Protection for senior management;
- Preparing comprehensive written reports of investigations that clearly outline allegations, key findings, and conclusions;
- Managing the Incident Management System, documenting and investigating events within the designated region;
- Participating in Lean Thinking projects and activities as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field;
- Significant experience in compliance, investigations, auditing, or a related discipline;
- Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV and Access Control) and Security Operations Centers (SOC);
- Preferred certifications in security such as Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP);
- Proficiency in generating and preparing security reports using PowerBI and/or advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English is essential;
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish is desirable;
- A willingness to travel as needed.
