Role Summary

The Facilities Jr Analyst role is a key support position that involves interacting with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure the daily operations of our office run smoothly. This includes handling internal service requests related to infrastructure, minor repairs, workstation setups, and general support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage internal service requests and perform routine administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, sending invoices, and assisting with system entries.
  • Assist in managing vendors and service providers by requesting quotes, tracking deliveries, and maintaining basic contract records.
  • Support the organization of business trips and internal events, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Control office supply inventory, including pantry and cleaning materials.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in office operations, reception, or facilities support is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to communicate clearly are essential.
  • Proactive individuals who can step into day-to-day operational tasks are encouraged to apply.
  • Solid Excel/Sheets skills and administrative experience are necessary for success in this role.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate in advanced English.
