Daily Responsibilities: As a Retail Vendor Manager, you will oversee the Retail business, managing everything from product selection to pricing strategies, ensuring profitability from top-line revenue to free cash flow.


You will focus on strategically significant vendors while also monitoring the performance of lower-tier vendors.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Portuguese, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, product management, project management, purchasing, or marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage costs and define business strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders within and outside the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A diverse skill set ranging from high-level critical thinking to effective collaboration with external partners.
  • Experience in account management or vendor management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with relevant e-commerce categories.
  • Proficient in data analysis and experienced in using Excel and related systems.
