Project Manager Position

Senior Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead daily stand-ups (scrums) and sprint planning sessions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure DevOps practices support efficient project execution
  • Perform business analysis tasks on projects as needed, including requirements gathering and process documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in Agile environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps and prior coding experience
  • Proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional Information:
