We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce FSC Developer to join our team. This nearshore role will involve working on a project with an insurance company in the US, and the ideal candidate will be based in a nearshore location such as Brazil, Mexico, or Uruguay.

This is a remote position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that aligns with EST. The hourly rate for this position is between $18-22/hour, and proficiency in English is required.

The primary responsibilities of this role include consulting with clients to validate functional and technical requirements, performing hands-on work with application design, configuration, testing, and deployment through agile-based project work, and configuring and customizing the Salesforce.com platform.

Additionally, the successful candidate will perform test-driven design, unit testing to ensure quality control assurance, engage in client-facing activities and engagement, author artifacts related to requirements specifications and client-facing design deliverables, and implement best practices approach to performing bug resolution, enhancements, and operational support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing on Salesforce platforms, experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and minimal certification of Salesforce Platform Developer 1. They will also have experience with Force.com Apex & Lightning Web Components, core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and direct experience consulting on CRM projects for small market and mid-size companies.

Other essential skills and qualifications for this role include excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, experience with web services (REST and/or SOAP, JSON & XML), and continuous learning for application design, best practices, and standards-based approaches.
