We are seeking a Training Professional to join our team and contribute to the development of technical training programs.

About the Role

The Training Professional will play a critical role in preparing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for software product suite and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Training Programs

Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality technical training programs for external transit partners and internal personnel.

Training Needs Assessment

Assess training needs and certification requirements to ensure training programs meet evolving stakeholder needs.

Training Deployment

Deploy targeted training to specific personnel, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Content Creation

Prepare engaging training materials, classroom agendas, and presentations to facilitate effective learning.

User Experience

Provide exceptional end-user training, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our products.

Presentation Skills

Deliver compelling presentations and webinars to share knowledge and best practices with stakeholders.

Instructor Materials

Create comprehensive instructor materials, including course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids.

Curriculum Design

Collaborate in designing computer-based and multimedia curriculum to enhance learner engagement.

Professional Development

Pursue ongoing professional development to continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.

Mentorship

Mentor other instructors in subject matter expertise, content creation, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.

Quality Assurance

Ensure quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle, meeting regulatory requirements and Quality Management System standards.

Process Improvement

Test and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality training.

Requirements

  • Technical Training Experience

Minimum 5+ years of technical training experience, preferably in a related field.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to convey complex technical information effectively.

Language Proficiency

Thorough understanding of the English language and its proper use.

Microsoft Office

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
