Director of Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to own the end-to-end acquisition of new sellers for our marketplace. As Director of Business Development, you will lead a multi-layer team, setting strategies and processes to accelerate new seller growth and drive revenue.

  • Develop data-driven hunting strategies to maximize market share and drive revenue.
  • Mentor and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to synchronize priorities and optimize processes.
  • Own GMV results from newly acquired sellers, establishing mechanisms for performance tracking and achievement.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years experience in business development, sales or marketplace growth, including leadership of large teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing data-driven strategies and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, seller acquisition and scalable operations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
