We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager, Broker Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in building and managing relationships within the real estate brokerage community.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the commercial real estate industry, with a proven track record of effectively prospecting and managing sales cycles. They will be able to master WeWork's product offerings and value propositions, actively marketing them to the brokerage community.
This role requires a strong ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal skills and personal credibility. The successful candidate will be a natural networker, able to build and maintain a network of local office brokers.
The Manager, Broker Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing an outreach strategy for targeted real estate brokerage firms, building and strengthening relationships within the brokerage community, and driving top-of-funnel sales opportunities through broker partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 5 years within the commercial real estate industry, ideally in a transaction management or deal-supporting capacity.
- Prospecting and Sales Cycle Management: Proven ability to effectively prospect and manage a sales cycle, resulting in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and expectations.
- Relationship Building: Natural networker who thrives in building and maintaining new relationships within the real estate brokerage community.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal skills and personal credibility.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations, short- and long-term initiatives.
- Proficiency: Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
