The Role of Rider Quality Score Operations Expert

Job Description:

As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the quality score system. You will be responsible for monitoring various metrics and resolving potential issues promptly. Your expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL will help you to process and analyze complex data. You will use your analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the development and optimization of quality score system-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the daily operation of the quality score system
  • Optimize the quality score calculation model based on business development and rider feedback
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key factors influencing rider delivery quality
  • Design and execute diverse rider incentive strategies based on the score system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the development and optimization of quality score system-related functions
  • Monitor and address potential risks associated with the quality score system
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries
  • Strong expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, with excellent data processing and analysis skills
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems from complex data and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
  • An in-depth understanding of the rider ecosystem and delivery business, with the ability to think from the rider's perspective
