Developing logistics strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction is a key focus of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Create performance metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance on-time delivery rates and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Establish data-driven incentive systems to foster quality service and encourage positive behaviors among riders.
- Design differentiated rider evaluation plans based on capacity types and business models to optimize their performance.
- Continuously improve rider performance through targeted training, incentives, and control measures.
- Analyze delivery-related data to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations with a preference for food delivery companies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analytics are essential for success in this role.
- Advanced English language skills are preferred, as well as proficiency in data analysis software.
- Mastery of data analysis tools is required to effectively analyze and interpret large datasets.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. A strong understanding of logistics operations and data analysis principles is also highly valued.
