About the Role:
We seek a Delivery Optimization Manager to enhance and operate our delivery dispatch scenarios. You'll work on supply-demand matching, delivery area design, route planning, and more, aiming to increase delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction while driving order growth.
This role demands creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop strategic operation plans and business optimizations.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize delivery scheduling processes, including supply-demand matching, delivery area planning, and route optimization;
- Proactively apply analytical methods combined with business insights to propose innovative optimization plans, encompassing strategic operations, product improvements, and business model enhancements;
- Monitor and evaluate existing scheduling strategies, track key performance indicators, and empower local teams to execute efficiently.
We're looking for:
- Experience in strategic product development or operations in delivery solutions, online e-commerce, O2O, or related fields;
- Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills with the ability to lead projects from planning to execution;
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency with data tools to identify challenges and propose solutions;
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills;
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities
