Healthcare Operations Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance internal systems and improve operational efficiency across multiple partner organizations in the healthcare industry.

This project focuses on modernizing legacy processes, building scalable and maintainable solutions, and fostering a strong culture of engineering excellence.

A key aspect of the project is the adoption of pair programming and collaborative development practices to ensure high-quality code, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing among team members.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Data Editing: Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for importing and managing data at scale using Angular.
  • User-Friendly Web-Based UIs: Utilize Java and Angular to implement dynamic, responsive front-end applications for data import and management.
Key Skills:
  • Programming: Strong proficiency in Java with experience in object-oriented programming, Spring or Hibernate frameworks, and debugging complex code.
  • Angular: Solid knowledge of Angular for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications, including components, services, and state management.
  • Database Management: Skilled in SQL Server with ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and design databases.
Soft Skills:
  • Proactivity: Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges while offering improvements without waiting for direction.
  • Accountability: Responsible, demonstrating accountability, reliability, and ownership of tasks to deliver high-quality work on time.
