Job Title: Director of Sales for International Leisure Sales

Join Accor Hotels as a Director of Sales for International Leisure Sales and drive business growth through strategic sales efforts and team management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and oversee sales colleagues to ensure daily sales action plans are met.
  • Ensure customer requirements are determined and met through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand existing business.
  • Manage top-producing accounts and ensure client visitations and entertainment targets are met.
  • Update relevant systems with client information, production, and sales activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Evaluate market needs and recommend sales action plans to increase production.
  • Assist in the production of annual Sales Plans, hotel budgets, and departmental performance plans.
  • Advise on sales progress and booking trends in respective market segments.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry.
  • Passion for sales and target-based performance.
  • Relevant degree in sales, business development, or other relevant business field.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent selling capabilities and ability to coach selling techniques.
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations and time pressure.
