Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals and ensuring the recruitment process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools and processes in recruitment with full independence. Stay up-to-date with recruitment technologies and leverage them to enhance the user experience.
  • Proactively suggest and propose improvements to current tools, processes and practices. Support team members and share knowledge cross-vertical. Understand POP processes outside of Talent Acquisition domain.
  • Take over impactful positions and work on new talent markets from scratch.
  • Partner with a large diversity of hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboard new hiring managers and implement improvements. Cover multiple Divisions, Departments and Verticals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and promote talent acquisition topics.
  • Develop comprehensive plan for talent acquisition program or project. Lead execution in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Understand and promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal or external partners to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the end-to-end selection process, TA programs or projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Mentor: Onboard new team members. Support and mentor the team on relevant topics.

Requirements

  • Experience handling full recruitment cycle.
  • Proficient in English B2 or above level is required.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Hybrid work model (3 days at the office per week).
  • Dynamic and receptive to people.
