Job Description

As a senior software engineer, you will be part of a close-knit team that values autonomy, open communication, and respect for diversity.

  • You will develop applications and services primarily using React and .NET hosted on either Azure or AWS PaaS offerings, as well as mentor team members and contribute to the growth of engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture design, and leadership skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops high-quality applications and services using React and .NET.
  • Designs architecture through diagrams and technical design documents.
  • Mentors team members, providing regular feedback on architecture design, documentation, and code quality.
  • Builds and tests new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards.
  • Implements reliable software solutions based on functional/non-functional requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in software development, architecture design, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with US clients.
