Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Development Coordinator to support our Consulting team in driving business growth through effective proposal development and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with our Consulting Principals to develop high-quality proposals that meet client needs.
• Participate in customer meetings and RFPs for new projects, ensuring a deep understanding of client requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive PowerPoint presentations outlining project scope, methodology, and approach.
• Utilize IQVIA databases, sources, and knowledge to inform proposal development and ensure accurate approaches.
• Support project deliveries to enhance understanding of project complexities, approaches, and concerns.
• Organize and standardize existing methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Developing New Offerings:
• Structure approaches and possibilities for discussion with Consulting, RWI, and BU teams.
• Conduct Proof of Concept analysis to test method efficacy and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field, and a minimum of 2 years direct experience in Contracts, Proposals, industry-specific operations, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret RFPs and briefings.
• Strong analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
