
Lead Customer Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional support to premium guests. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct employees in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance
- Collaborate with management to develop employee performance plans
- Respond to personnel emergencies and provide guidance to employees as needed
- Conduct administrative tasks and train employees on new procedures
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and performing airport duties as directed. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English language skills
- Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
- Ability to obtain airport security badges, if applicable
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to attend training sessions and maintain a professional appearance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential in this role.
