The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing business relationships and partnerships to achieve business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with in-house resources and operators to undertake promotional fulfillment and analysis of campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Keep close track on the performance of promotional campaigns to identify problems or issues that may arise
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met
  • Represent the entire range of our products
  • Distribute and present information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective key account relationships
  • Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers
  • Act as an escalation point for customers for any issues, and drive resolution action
  • Provide root-cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and execution of solutions
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience within the igaming industry, ideally within a B2B strategic role
  • Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge of how to generate results in a complex commercial environment
  • Experienced at effective client management
  • Proven team management capabilities
  • Be analytical with the ability to think strategically
  • Have a genuine passion for sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Educational background in a related field would be preferred
  • Strong communication and written ability in English is essential and Portuguese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours
