Key Account Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing business relationships and partnerships to achieve business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with in-house resources and operators to undertake promotional fulfillment and analysis of campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Keep close track on the performance of promotional campaigns to identify problems or issues that may arise
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met
- Represent the entire range of our products
- Distribute and present information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities
- Establish and maintain effective key account relationships
- Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers
- Act as an escalation point for customers for any issues, and drive resolution action
- Provide root-cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and execution of solutions
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- 1+ year experience within the igaming industry, ideally within a B2B strategic role
- Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development
- Demonstrate a clear knowledge of how to generate results in a complex commercial environment
- Experienced at effective client management
- Proven team management capabilities
- Be analytical with the ability to think strategically
- Have a genuine passion for sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Educational background in a related field would be preferred
- Strong communication and written ability in English is essential and Portuguese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours
