Ezugi, a leading live dealer casino platform, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join its team in Brazil, Sao Paolo. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing business relationships and partnerships to achieve business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with in-house resources and operators to undertake promotional fulfillment and analysis of campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Monitor the performance of promotional campaigns to identify problems or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPI targets are met
- Represent the entire range of Ezugi's products
- Distribute and present information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities
- Establish and maintain effective key account relationships
- Act as an intermediary between internal departments and customers
- Escalate customer issues and drive resolution action
- Conduct root-cause analysis, drive continuous improvement, and execute solutions
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year experience within the igaming industry, ideally within a B2B strategic role
- Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of generating results in a complex commercial environment
- Effective client management experience
- Proven team management capabilities
- Analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
- Genuine passion for sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Educational background in a related field would be preferred
- Strong communication and written ability in English and Portuguese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Presentable, willing to travel, and work outside of normal office hours
